A couple of posts ago, we featured the new album by Gajah and Mute Speaker. Well Gajah is back with the full Acid Reign crew with a brand new video for their track “Synergy” taken from the EP of the same name, also previously featured. The video is dope, and we’re in the mood for posting videos.
Acid Lab Records come through again with top quality product. This time we have Acid Reign MC, Gajah teaming up with Brighton producer Mute Speaker to create the full length album, “On & Offspring”.
This is futuristic, psychedelic, left-field, underground hip hop. Tight word play mixed with funky, thumping, electronic beats.
This album will appeal to fans of classic era Def Jux or Anticon, as well as fans of Brainfeeder and the more recent future beats movement. 14 tracks deep, “On & Offsring” features guest appearances from Open Mike Eagle, Ceschi, BeOND and more, so you know to expect good things.

Acid Reign return with a new 6 track ep, “Synergy”. As ever the group continue to experiment with the boundries of what we know as hip hop.
For this release the group have teamed up with French producers Chrono Triggers, giving them a fresh new sound that is as dancey as it is weird, giving it a real unqiue sound that you don’t hear too often.

Awkward is at it again, this time teaming up with US MC’s Acid Reign for the “Hype Kills” EP on Acid Lab Records. Awkward provides the fresh, forward thinking, electronic beats while Acid Reign lets rip on the mic, along with guests Upword, Express Fresh, Myk Mansun and Lyricon. Also included on the EP is a special remix by Brooklyn based producer/record man Willie Green.
